Like many entrepreneurs, I started my consulting business trying to cast a wide net by offering too many services. I am now solidifying the one service I enjoy the most and that seems to have the greatest impact to others. So Colégas will henceforth focus its attention on consulting for school districts.

When I had a bracelet made for myself with my name on it, I did not expect that my African name would be so meaningful to me. In fact, it is something I intend to weave into my class this semester.
